A full-day fasting or multiple days fasting:– Full-day fasting or multiple-day fasting has much more long-term effects as it induces body fat loss, recalibration of hormones, and cognitive functioning eventually improves muscle growth.

Alternate day fasting– This is also quite effective as it can give you the result of multiple days of fasting in a row with slightly more time. It is the most recommended one for people working, with better effects on mood.

What it will do is put you in a situation where a body has to use its reserve resources and will end up eating bad dead cells to fulfill the energy demand of the body, using the stored fats and glucose.
